Delivery Information 

South African Addresses:
Autostyling Klerksdorp will ship/courier orders to any address in South Africa, all orders will be processed from our Klerksdorp Head Office.

International Orders:
We unfortunately do not do or facilitate international orders. 

Delivery Times:
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 1 to 5 working days is expected to major cities and 5 to 7 working days to outlying areas. 

Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.

Collection can only be made once we have prepared your order. Payment can be online via the website, bank transfer or in-store payment.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE FOR  PRIVATE COLLECTIONS, THIS WILL BE DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK 


Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchange Policy 

Wheels & Tyres -

Wheels & Tyres are non-returnable and non-refundable, all wheels are inspected before leaving the depot and therefore should not have any problems, if for any reason, by chance a flaw is spotted straight after wheel arrives to client, please contact the sales team on - WHATSAPP: 079 727 8886 | TEL: 018 462 4645 to inquire, however every wheel that is inspected before leaving the depot, has been photographed to assure condition. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

If an exchange or refund would like to be made before the purchased item is used, customer will have to provide item in original condition, in original packaging, with the invoice, within 7 days of purchase date, as well as "no tyre should have been fitted on the wheel". All transport costs shall be borne by the client in case of returned goods for items correctly supplied and 15% handling/admin charge will be deducted.In the event that an order is cancelled before it has left the store, and payment is done through Payfast or EFT, transaction/bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount as well as a 15% handling/admin fee. Refunds will take up to 7 working days to be processed.

Autostyling will not be held responsible for any damages caused or incurred once the wheel has been equipped with tyres, and fitted on the vehicle.

Damages to wheels due to negligent driving or bad roads will not be held accountable by Autostyling.

 **Electrical items with a warranty that have been fitted or installed cannot be returned with any physical defects or damages, other items such as lights, light bulbs, led, led bars and led kits DO NOT carry a warranty and cannot be returned or refunded. These are non returnable items. Please Note: All products are tested before it leaves our store.

**PRE-OWNED ITEMS: 

PLEASE NOTE: THESE ITEMS ARE SECOND HAND/USED AND THEREFORE ARE SOLD AS IT, AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE, AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. WE HAVE TAKEN SUFFICIENT IMAGES TO SHOW THE QUALITY AND CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS.
